The attention and solving of any situation that may arise during the delivery of an order, or in the functioning of a product, is a service which is controlled through the company’s Call Centre.
The capacity to receive calls, more than 50,000 a year, guarantees an efficient service for all the enquiries, which are solved as swiftly as possible.

Logistics
Compliance is a core value of the Fonexion DNA. The capability to provide an accurate response on the delivery dates is endorsed by its order management capacity, together with the availability of first class human and material resources.
Our figures are a clear indication that verify these statements: 1,400,000 products are shipped every year, with deliveries to 2000 worldwide customers and delivery times set between 24 and 48 hours; activities which are coordinated from the 2200 sq m warehouse, located on-site.
Technical department
Both our own brand products and brands distributed by Fonexion on an exclusive basis are backed by a technical support service. A service which is carried out in a dedicated department, located on the company’s premises at its headquarters in Bilbao.
