The efficiency of the commercial department and the high level of projection reached is supported by the opportune structure that governs it: a team of key account managers, who control the relations with the large accounts and a Call Centre system, run by a team of professionals responsible for providing a personal and immediate service to retail customers and local small outlets.
The competitiveness of the team as a whole and its excellence in the work that it carries out is evidenced by its tangible success:

- The penetration in the main distribution chains,
   as first level suppliers of large supermarkets or department stores:
   Carrefour, El Corte Inglés, Media Markt, FNAC...

- Category manager for several chains, through the supplying of all
   its products related to universal mobile and brand telephony.

- In the automotive industry: it holds signed trade
   agreements with such important names as Aurgi, Norauto and
   Feuvert; as well as alliances which have been established with the
   main automotive brands to supply their vehicles with hands free
   systems: General Motors (Opel, Saab), PSA (Citroen, Peugeot, Ford,
   Mercedes, and Mazda, Chevrolet).

- A business partnership with top level firms, an exclusive
   product distributor of, for example, Binatone or ITT, or under
   open conditions such as those for Sony Ericsson and Motorola.
   The commercial commitment of Fonexion is channelled along four
   well-defined business lines:


- Mass market retailers,
- Wireless wholesalers and retailers,
- Car manufacturers,
- Installers and repairers, the automotive market.

These are segments in which we have a portfolio of almost four thousand customers. Fonexion does not have its own outlets.
